Mental Health Apps for Help Managing Stress, Anxiety and/or Depression
Trying to find a mental health app can be a little intimidating – there are about 20,000 different apps on the market. To help narrow the field a bit, I’ve listed a few apps below that provide assistance with relaxation, meditation, and mood tracking.
